24 November 2019: Do you know what I usually wind up doing on holidays? Writing.

OK, it's late and I spent much of today just sitting around and dealing with an upset stomach. Ironically, my wife seems to be going through something similar, even though, since we are living temporarily in different cities, means it's unlikely we got it from each other.

So, with that and I'm rapidly falling asleep, that means that this is going to be a very short journal, I think.

I am looking forward to the Thanksgiving break. Two days of work followed by five days off featuring turkey and hanging out. And writing, as well. More time off usually leads to me getting more writing done since I eventually get too bored with the usual stuff I kill time with.
